Shareholders
Born in 2001, Actalis was founded by SIA (Società Interbancaria per l'Automazione) and SSB (Società per i Servizi Bancari), now merged. SECETI and BNL Multiservizi acquired minor shares respectively in January and May 2003. Then, in May 2006, the Almaviva group acquired 51% of our shares.
